Water Treatment Plant

A compact, skid-type plant that turns raw local water into clean water for everyday use — built in Korea, sized to your site, and simple to run on ordinary power.

Overview

One system, from raw water to clean

The plant collects raw water and treats it through six clear stages, delivering clean water ready for users. It is built as a single skid-mounted unit, so it ships and installs as one package — and scales up as your community grows.

The process

Six stages, following the water

Follow the water from intake to clean storage. Each stage does one clear job — hover any stage to highlight it.

01

Raw Water Tank

Incoming raw water is collected and stored.

Incoming raw water from the source is collected and stored, giving the plant a steady supply to treat.

02

Mixing & Flocculation

Coagulant binds fine particles together.

A coagulant is dosed and mixed so fine suspended particles bind into larger, heavier clusters. This tank reacts without a stirring motor.

03

Inclined-Plate Sedimentation

Heavier flocs settle out and separate.

Inclined plates expand the settling area, so heavy clusters sink and separate from the water in a compact footprint.

04

Treated Tank 1

Clarified water is held before filtration.

The clarified water is held in an intermediate tank, ready to be pumped on to filtration.

05

Sand Filter

Remaining fine particles are filtered out.

Water passes through a sand filter that captures the remaining fine particles.

06

Treated Tank 2

Clean water is stored, ready for users.

The treated water is stored in the final tank, ready to be delivered to users.

Power
220V

Runs on standard 220V single-phase

No three-phase industrial supply is required. The plant runs on ordinary single-phase 220V with three pumps — efficient to operate and well suited to sites where electricity is limited or unstable.

Scale & upgrades

Start with what you need. Grow when you're ready.

The same proven design scales from a compact demo unit to full capacity — and expands in stages.

Demo unit
2 m³ / 8h

1/10 scale, container-shippable. About 6 m³ over 24 hours, serving roughly 60–120 people.

Full installation
Sized to order

Fully engineered to your needs — 50, 100, 150 tons a day and beyond, for a village, school, hospital, or town.

Demo unit — measured specs

These are the actual figures of the 1/10-scale demo unit. Full installations are not fixed to these numbers — they are engineered to order.

Modular, step-by-step upgrades

Begin with the capacity you need today. As demand grows, add modules to an existing installation instead of replacing it.

Why it works

Built around four practical advantages

Right-sized & low-cost

An essential, no-frills design that fits real budgets — the most economical way to bring reliable treatment to a community.

Standard 220V single-phase

Installs wherever ordinary single-phase power reaches. No costly three-phase connection, and efficient to run.

Modular & scalable

Add capacity in stages. Existing installations extend with add-on modules as demand grows.

Compact skid unit

Delivered as a single skid-mounted package — straightforward to ship, place, and commission.
